ALIENS State Youth Basketball Championship
This year Aliens Basketball Club celebrate their 25 years of uninterrupted basketball Tournaments by organising the official STATE YOUTH CHAMPIONSHIP 2018. Last couple of years the Alien’s Basketball Club has focused its attention on grass root development of the game has a third year in succession that it organises the youth state championship.
The Under – 16 years tournament is open to all schools, institutions and clubs that are involved with youngsters. Only those born on or after 01.01.2002 are eligible to participate. The Open Selection trials were held in last April with a record participation of members wherein a few are already shortlisted. The Selection committee will shortlist the players to form the final list of probables who will form the team representing Goa at the 35th Youth National Basketball Championships to be held in Udaipur, Rajasthan from the 30th of September to 07th October 2018. The Nationals will be held at the Atal Bihari Multi Purpose Hall, Sports Complex, M L Sukhadia University, Udaipur.
