Goa School Basketball League Jan-Feb2019

GOA SCHOOL BASKETBALL LEAGUE

The Goa Basketball Association will be organising the first All Goa School Basketball League under the aegis of the Basketball Federation of India. 14 Boys Teams and 8 Girls Teams will participate in the league that will have each school playing each other and the top two teams of each pool play each other in the Final playoffs.

The North Goa Schools will play in Don Bosco Oratory, Panjim while the South Goa matches will be held in Don Bosco Animation Centre, Benaulim. The league will be played on alternate days in the North and South. The BFI has organised a similar league in 22 states with an offer of fabulous cash prizes for the winners: First Place – ` 25,000/-, Second Place  `15,000/- and Third Place – `10,000/-.

The League will close by the end of February 2019.
