YOUTH STATE CHAMPIONSHIP

The Goa Basketball Association will conduct the State Youth (Under-16) Championship for boys and girls from August 31 to September 3, 2016, at the Don Bosco Oratory indoor stadium in Panjim.

The tournament is open to Educational institutions and clubs and those born on or after 1^st January, 2001 are eligible to participate.

Those institutions who desire to participate may contact Olencio Dias (Margao-9422018850), Sydney Furtado (Vasco-9822143150), Luis Gomes (Ponda-9823435004), Schubert Braganza (Mapusa-9011022345), Helen Pinto (Saligao), or the GBA President, Fr Ralin de Souza and GBA Secretary, Ashley do Rosario (Panjim – 9850461471) latest by August 28th, 2016. The entries can also be mailed to goabasketballassociation@gmail.com. The GBA selection committee will be scouting for talent to represent Goa at the forthcoming Youth Nationals to be held in Karnataka in November 2016.
